WE START ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS DECEMBER 15, 2008 FOR OUR 2009-2010 RENTALS.
Please be aware that our office will be completely closed from December 20th, 2008 through January 4, 2009. However, we are accepting applications by fax or email during this time period.
All applications will be processed after January 12, 2009.

Island View Properties is a rental company serving mainly UC Santa Barbara students. All apartments are within a 5-minute bike ride to the UCSB campus and within a few blocks walking distance of open space parks, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Isla Vista. Beach access is only two blocks away.
Click on the address links to the left to see descriptions and pictures of each building and individual units. We rent a range of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments and houses.
The leases on the units run from early July to mid- June and are often rented for several years in a row by the same students. If residences are rented for a second year the new lease term is a full year.
To apply, please view the Availability/Pricing page for availability and then click the Apply to Rent link and read pages 1 and 2 of the instructions. After completion of the application, immediately fax and/or mail the completed application to our office. We do not have an office that is open to the public and only accept applications through fax and mail.
