6633 Trigo Road is a two story building in Isla Vista close to the UCSB campus and the beach.

Downstairs unit A has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. All of the flooring is newly tiled and the entire interior was newly remodeled in 2009. The kitchen has newly installed cabinets, corian countertops, two new stainless steel refrigerators, and a new gas range.

French front doors open up onto the front yard patio, and sliding doors on the large rear bedroom open up to a small private patio area.

Upstairs unit B has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All of the flooring is newly tiled and the interior was completely remodeled in 2009. The kitchen has newly installed cabinets, corian countertops, and Two new stainless steel refrigerator and gas range. There is a small balcony area with sliding glass doors off of the living room, and a large upstairs private patio at the rear of the unit. Additional storage closets off of the back patio are also included in the rental.

The front yard is newly landscaped with palm trees and tropical foliage, and there are new concrete patios in both the front and on the side of the building.

There is a large shared driveway and parking area at the rear of the house and a shared fenced side yard and front yard with bicycle racks. A private, key access, coin-op laundry room is located at the back of the building and is shared by both units.

The building is two blocks from beach access and a short walk to central Isla Vista bus lines, shopping, dining and entertainment. The UCSB campus is also a short walk or bike ride away.
