The building is two blocks from beach access and a short walk to central Isla Vista bus lines, shopping, dining and entertainment. The UCSB campus is also a short walk or bike ride away.

Owner pays for weekly landscaping service and water, residents are responsible for trash removal and all other utilities and services.

Unit A is aproximately 1,465 square feet and Unit B is aproximately 1,150 square feet (not including deck area).
