6646 Sabado Tarde is a two-story duplex with recently redone landscaping in the side and front yard areas.

Unit B, upstairs, has three bedrooms and one bath. The bathrooms and kitchens were recently remodeled. The unit has tile flooring except for the two back bedrooms, which are carpeted.

The building is one block from the beach and close to the UCSB campus and shopping.
