We are an independent property rental company serving mainly UC Santa Barbara students. All of our rental properties are located in Isla Vista within a 5-minute bike ride to the UCSB campus and a few blocks walking distance to open space parks, shopping and restaurants. Beach access is only two to three blocks away.

Go to Our Properties to see availability, descriptions and pictures of each building and individual units. We rent a range of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom residences. Most of our properties have been remodeled in the past 3 years, and all are kept in excellent condition.

Our leases run from early July to mid June and our properties are often rented for several years in a row by the same students. (If residences are rented for a second year the new lease term is a full year.)

Due to the small size of our company, we do not have an office that is open to the public.
We are available by phone Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm, and promptly return all calls.
Rental applications are only accepted through fax, email, and mail.
Rent payments are accepted through the mail only.
