To apply, fill out our application and fax or email it to our office. After faxing or emailing, please mail the original, signed application to the above address.

Our office is not open to the public and we only accept applications through fax and mail.

If you are a resident of the UCSB dorms, you must sign a "Room and Board Payment Release" in the UCSB Housing Assignments office and leave it with the Housing Assignments office. We cannot process your application until you do this.
