* Our leases are often for 344 days, from early July to mid June (we need three weeks of the year to clean, repair and remodel after each group of residents vacates the unit.) Instead of prorating the first and last month, we divide the total lease amount into 12 equal payments. Each payment does not represent a full month, and is called an 'installment' instead of the 'monthly rent'. This is clearly outlined on the first page of the lease. If you rent for a second consecutive year, the lease is for 365 days.

**Leasing in Process: A group has been approved and accepted for the unit and the Lease paperwork is being processed. It is possible that the lease may not be completed for any number of reasons. If you are interested in the unit submit your applications in case the current group falls through.
