Leasing in Process: A group has been approved and accepted for the unit and the Lease paperwork is being processed. It is possible that the lease may not be completed for any number of reasons. If you are interested in the unit submit your applications in case the current group falls through.
* Our leases are for 344 days, from early July to mid June (we need three weeks of the year to clean, repair and remodel after each group of residents vacates the unit.) We divide the total lease amount into 12 payments, one per month. However, because each payment does not represent a full month rental we refer to each payment as an 'installment'. This is clearly outlined on the first page of the lease.
