In order to submit the repair request, you need to agree to the authorization statement.

Please make sure to read the lessee responsibilities in your lease. As per your lease, Lessees may be responsible for charges for plumbing requests or other maintenance requests.

Lessee is responsible for housekeeping, reporting repairs, keeping appointments, moving items to allow access for repairs, replacing light bulbs and alarm batteries, cleaning up water or condensation, defrosting freezers, lighting pilot lights, calling the appropriate utility company if there is a problem with water, gas or electricity, and resetting GFIs or flipping breaker switch if circuits overload. If Lessee requests a maintenance visit for, or requires any of the aforementioned responsibilities be done by Island View Properties, Lessee will be responsible for costs of maintenance visit.
