    We respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours, and to emergency maintenance issues immediately.

    We require each resident to have a notarized Guarantor Form. 

    No one is allowed to sign the Lease without all completed, notarized, guarantor forms received by Island View Properties.

    Before you sign the Guarantor Form you may have a few questions about the Lease. Your student was sent a copy of the Lease when they were approved. Please ask them to forward this to you.
